Wall printing (sometimes called vertical printing or mural printing) is a technology that allows you to print high-resolution images, designs, patterns, or text directly onto walls and other vertical surfaces.

Instead of using wallpaper, stickers, or hand-painting, a wall printer works like a giant inkjet printer that moves up and down (vertically) and side to side, spraying special UV-curable ink directly onto the wall.

Does The Wall Have To Be White? 

Our printer is capable of printing on white, dark, and colored surfaces. The printer features built-in white ink, providing a solid white backing when needed and enabling high-quality printing on glass and other complex surfaces.

Can You Print On Other Surfaces Besides Walls? 

We can print on a variety of surfaces, not just walls—glass tops, windows, laptops, canvases, and more. If you have an idea, we’d love to help bring it to life.

Do I Have To Provide The Image To Print?

If you have a vision, we can bring it to life. We take the time to understand the image you want to create and have access to a photo library with thousands of images to help find exactly what you’re looking for. Our talented graphic designers are also available to help develop your idea from concept to finished design.

For sports teams or copyrighted images, we require proof of licensing to use the image. If you’d like us to acquire the necessary license on your behalf, an additional fee will apply.

You are welcome to provide your own image for printing. We’ll ensure it meets our printer’s specifications so you get the highest resolution and a flawless result on your wall.

What Type Of Files Do I Need?

Vector files are ideal. However, our printers accept JPG, JPEG, PSD, EPS & TIFF files.

What Is The Durability Of The Ink/Prints? Are They For Indoor or Outdoor Use?

Our inks are engineered for lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor settings. Indoor prints retain their clarity and color for over 10 years without visible fading. Outdoor prints remain vibrant for 2–3 years, even without an additional protective coating.

What Is The Maximum Print Size?

The standard rail allows printing up to 5 ft 6 in, while the extended rail reaches heights of 8 ft 8 in. For larger projects, our advanced image stitching technology seamlessly combines multiple sections into one continuous mural—delivering virtually unlimited print sizes with flawless detail and consistency.

What Are The Print Resolution Capabilities?

Our printers deliver near-photographic quality at resolutions up to 2880 dpi, producing sharp, detailed, and vibrant images.

Can The Machine Print The Wall From Edge To Edge?

The closest our current printers can get to the walls are 9.25 inches to the left wall and 14 inches to the right wall as you are looking at the print surface. And roughly 6-8 inches from top to bottom.

What Is The Turn Around Time For A Wall Print? 

Turnaround time depends on factors such as wall condition, whether priming or painting is needed, and whether the image requires creation or additional edits. Once everything is ready and the image is finalized, printing your vision can take just minutes or a few hours, depending on the size.
